About Us

What Is NHIK

Nesting for Hope International (Kenya) NHIK is the brain child of a devoted woman who saw it in her heart and felt that African children in Kenya deserved hope and a life and she strove to do so.

Nesting for Hope International (NHIK) started as a non-profit organization in 2023.  When the founder Eunice who lived in Kenya before, noticed that many children were wandering around the streets looking unkept and alone. She started encouraging these children who were not attending any school to come to her school. These children were guaranteed a meal and learning supplies, hygiene products, and uniforms at the school, which were among the things that prevented them from attending school in the first place.

Many years later the dream of  helping these children remains since many children in Kenya are orphaned, less privileged, and children with disabilities who have been completely underserved in the remote areas of Keiyo in Elgeyo Marakwet County

Schools do not accept children with special needs or children with intellectual disabilities due to lack of special needs teachers, learning materials and knowledge on how to handle the children.

Nesting for Hope International (NHIK) plans to contribute funding to help these children live normal lives through various programs in a safe and friendly environment setting.

5. The Church: The Church is the body of Christ, composed of believers who gather to worship, fellowship, and serve.
6. Baptism and Communion: Baptism and Communion are ordinances established by Jesus Christ, symbolizing our faith and unity.
7. The Return of Jesus Christ: Jesus will return to earth, judge all humanity, and establish His eternal kingdom.
8. The Authority of Scripture: The Bible is our ultimate authority, guiding our beliefs, values, and practices.

Our Salvation Statement

1. Acknowledge your sin: Recognize that you have sinned and fallen short of God’s standard (Romans 3:23).
2. Believe in Jesus: Trust that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who died on the cross for your sins and rose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:3-4).
3. Repent and confess: Turn away from your sins and confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior (Luke 24:47, Romans 10:9-10).
